Farah Khan Opens Up About Directing Shah Rukh Khan!

Farah Khan, a filmmaker and choreographer who has collaborated with almost all of Bollywood's biggest stars, including Shah Rukh Khan, acknowledges that working with him has grown increasingly difficult. She clarified that while their previous collaborations have produced some very memorable songs, the pressure mounts each time they work on a song together.

Farah Khan recently thanked the media for the enduring friendships she has built in Bollywood, some of which go back to before her pals were famous. She reminisced with nostalgia how she and Shah Rukh Khan had a close relationship before the release of Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and Deewana.

 

Even though they have been friends for decades, the filmmaker revealed that working with him has grown increasingly difficult over time. She also said, "If it was hard working with him then, it is harder now. Every time we work on a song, the pressure doubles because we have created such iconic songs together."

 

Due to a dearth of interesting projects, Farah also disclosed that she chose to take a hiatus from directing after Happy New Year. She prioritized her family during this time, taking vacations and spending time with her children.

Although she has a great desire to direct again, she made it clear that this will only happen when the appropriate screenplay and time are found.
