12th Fail fame Medha Shankr reviews Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi starrer Dhoom Dhaam!

Following her incredible performance in Article 370 last year, Yami Gautam went on to film Dhoom Dhaam, her recently launched Netflix series. The romantic-comedy entertainment has received mixed reviews from viewers ever since the film's February 14, 2025, premiere. Medha Shankr, an actress from 12th Fail, gave the film a review a while back, describing it as "fun, light-hearted, and engaging." She also praised the performance of Yami and her co-star Pratik Gandhi.
Bollywood actress Medha Shankr, who has starred in films like Beecham House, Shaadisthan, 12th Fail, Dil Bekaraar, and others, gave a review of Dhoom Dhaam on February 20, 2025. She uploaded the Rishab Seth movie poster on her Instagram Stories. Medha wrote and congratulated the team, “After a long time I’ve watched something so fun, lighthearted, and engaging.”
She also praised Pratik Gandhi and Yami Gautam, the main actors. “@yamigautam and @pratikgandhiofficial you both are truly hilarious and endearing in the film. Big hugs to the entire team,” Shankr ended her post.
Pratik Gandhi, who plays Veer Poddar in Dhoom Dhaam, talked about how he developed six-pack abs for the film at a media conference. The actor from Do Aur Do Pyaar said, “I was always like this—maybe not with such sharp definition, but largely the same body frame. I ate a lot of protein, worked out intensely, and barely got any sleep. I drank very little water and endured cramps, all for this body,” he disclosed.
The actor also revealed that he used to believe, "I would never do this," whenever he read about other celebrities engaging in intense workout routines and going to great lengths to get a desired body. But the film forced him to do something he couldn't do.
The Madgaon Express actor also revealed that, for four days prior to the filming, he only drank one liter of water per day, despite the fact that it might not be apparent on camera.
