Suhasini Mani Ratnam's key role in Lucifer's Tollywood remake?

As per media reports, the superhit Mollywood movie Lucifer will be remade in Telugu with superstar Chiranjeevi as the lead actor. The original version had Mohanlal as the lead actor. It had Manju Warrier as the leading actress while Vivek Oberoi essayed the main antagonist. Prithviraj Sukumaran and Tovino Thomas played extended cameo in the film.

 

In a latest report, it is being told that Suhasini Mani Ratnam will be seen essaying a key role. Previously, the makers wanted to rope in Vijaya Shanthi for the role. But, she opted out for unknown reasons, as per media reports. Suhasini who was quite awestruck with the story, agreed instantly to take up the role. As per expectation, she will be reenacting Manju Warrier’s role in the movie.
