Mumbai police arrests accused from Chhattisgarh regarding SRK threat Case!
Officials in Chhattisgarh have now detained the culprit, many weeks after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan was threatened with death. A lawyer named Mohammad Faizan Khan was arrested by police at his Raipur home after he did to show up for interrogation in Mumbai, according to a media outlet.
The actor allegedly received a threatening call from Faizan in October, demanding Rs 50 lakh. Later, on November 2, Faizan filed a complaint with the police, claiming to have misplaced the cell phone that was used to make the threat.
In the past, Faizan Khan had promised to go to Mumbai and give the Bandra police his statement.

But after getting so many threats in the last two days, he called the Mumbai Police Commissioner and asked that his statement be recorded electronically for his protection.
A top Raipur police official verified the 42-year-old's detention, according to a daily, and said the Mumbai police will ask for his transit remand when he appeared in a local court in the city.

Faizan previously said that he had complained to the Bandra police station against Shah Rukh Khan, saying that the actor was being falsely accused of fostering animosity amongst religious communities.
