Kareena Kapoor calls The Crew a 'typical commercial masala film'!

This year, Kareena Kapoor Khan has been really successful. Khan has made quite a stir lately, from generating excitement with Jaane Jaan to her film The Buckingham Murders becoming an international phenomenon at the BFI London Film Festival. The star's next project is The Crew, which also stars actresses Tabu and Kriti Sanon and is reportedly a women-focused movie.

 

Kareena has now talked extensively about her next project ahead of its debut, referring to The Crew as a "cool space of comedy and heist."

 

In a recent interview with a daily, the Chameli actress shared her thoughts on her upcoming movie, The Crew, in which Kriti Sanon and Tabu will also play prominent roles. Exploring further, Kareena revealed that The Crew is a normal commercial film with three female actors in the key roles and is a "cool space of comedy."

 

“It’s really a cool space of comedy, heist and typical commercial masala film with three women in the lead,” she revealed. When pushed to reveal if there is anything that finds challenging to pull off as an actress in her long span of career, the star further added, “As an actor, I love to do things that are a little extra challenging, pushing me to step out of my comfort zone.”
